Industrial corn mill machine maize grinding corn grits making machine for sale

Model DNM series corn and wheat mill integrates grain peeling, polishing, grinding, finished product grading and screening into one,with convenient operation and complete functions.Firstly, clean grain particles are sent to the feeding port for peeling,sterilizing and removing impurities, etc. The peeled grain, corn and wheat grains are processed into powder and particles of different sizes through milling.The ground mixture is then divided into medium, small, and fine flour.An air chamber is installed internally to collect corn husks from the peeling process.
Working principle of corn peeling husking milling machine:
1. DNM Series Corn husker mill is composed of corn husking, grinding rough surface, wheat husking, millet polishing and other parts.
2. Clean raw grains are sent to the feed port for peeling, threshing and removing black impurities, which can be processed into corn kernels at one time.
3. After grinding, mixing and grading, three finished products can be produced: medium powder, small powder and corn flour.The machine is equipped with an efficient air suction chamber, which is used to collect corn husk and further remove the micro powder and impurity in corn kernels.
