HY560-HY567 serie is a one-component modified polyvinyl chloride sealant, referred to as PVC sealant. It contains no solvent, no isocyanate, anti-pollution after curing, environmental protection, good flexibility, excellent heat, water,oil resistance and anti-aging ability.

Suitable for seam sealing of car bodies welding seams, Car chassis fender, gutter ec. It can be cured at high temperature, can be painted, and cure along with heating process for painting.

HY560: used for car welding seam sealing for Powder spray painting process

HY561: foam glue, used for bumper, shock absorption

HY565: for car welding seam sealing in heating paint process

HY566: used for Car chassis fender, and bottom protection

HY567: Self-leveling, used for car gutter sealing

Instruction:

1.Cut the glue nozzle into the required size and shape according to the process requirements.

2.Cut off the sealant seal, install the glue nozzle, and put it into the glue gun.

3.Apply the sealant evenly on the joints, the thinnest part is greater than1mm when using the pneumatic gun,the air pressure is controlled at 0.3~0.5Mpa.
