Product Description
Stone CNC Router Advantage
1.It's a gantry moving cnc machine, it have 4 axis, X axis, Y axis, Z axis and rotary axis.
2.The spindle adopt high speed 5.5kw/7.5kw water cooling spindle high performance for long time.
3.This is water tube and water tank, double water cooling system, one for spindle cooling, other for cutter blade cooling ,The cooling system can improve the quality and efficiency.
4.This is T slot table you can fix the material by T slot and fixtures.
5.This is the heavy duty lathe bed welded with thick square tube; processed by high temperature tempering treatment it's very stable and no deformation.
6.Under the dust cover, you will see: X axis and Y axis adopt good quality rack and pinion, Z axis adopt Taiwan TBI ball screw. The four axis adopt Hiwin/PMI linear guide rails, high precision.
7. Open the electrical cabinet, you will see electrical parts such as inverter, transformer filter. It’s very clear and very convenient to check.
8. The design software is Artcam English version, it’s practical and easy to learn.
