Q: If I have any issues with products, what should I do?

High-Ten has a dedicated customer service team to work with our customersand provide excellent support on product warranty related matters. We'veworked hard to produce the very best trampolines and other sports nettingproducts for our customers. High-Ten trampoline products are warrantedagainst manufactured defects only. During the warranty period High-TenTrampoline has the right to repair / replace at our discretion. Please consultwith our sales team on different warranty terms for different product families.
