Product Overview
The equipment is suitable for the co-water and water-isolated distillation extraction process of conventional oil and aromatic oil in plant branches, leaves, flowers, grasses and animal materials with high oil composition. The structure of the equipment is exquisite and the operation is very simple.
Product Feature
1. The equipment uses water vapor distillation to extract materials by water separation or co-water distillation.
2. This equipment is a super small steam distillation extraction equipment developed by our company according to the classic process of essential oil extraction, combined with advanced automatic control system. The structure design is reasonable and the performance is superior. The operation is simple and flexible, and one person can easily complete the entire production.
3. The equipment uses heat conduction oil for indirect heating, which can reach a high temperature of 100℃ quickly under the condition of clean and normal pressure.
4. The condensation part of the equipment has good design and good condensation effect. Laboratory-grade glass multi-pipe design is adopted for oil and water separation. The diameter of glass pipe is below 20MM, and the oil and water separator of quality structure is adopted to facilitate the separation and collection of essential oils.
5. Equipment slag quick open discharging mode.
6. Equipment built-in layer plate multi-layer distillation blue, open cover structure, placing flowers, cleaning equipment are very convenient.
PRODUCT CONFIGURATION
