A1: Sure. Please contact us for your details. We have our own design team to meet any of your requirements.
Q2: What is your delivery time?
A2: Usually it takes 7-10 days for customized samples after receipt of payment. And the leading time is around 45-60 days usually for production, but please confirm with us if there are holidays in the production time.
Q3: Do you have certifications for the productions?
A3: Yes, our products meet CE/EU/EEC/LFGB/BSCI tests but the price excluding the test fee. If you need other certification or test report, we can offer also.
Q4: Can you accept OEM and ODM?
A4: OEM/ODM/OBM are all available, we have professional teams doing this, please contact with us to discuss the details.
Q5: Are your products safe?
A5: Yes, they are safe, all raw material we use are eco-friendly, lead free, chromium free, and quality control department especially responsible for quality checking in each process.
Q6: Where do you ship from? Where do you ship to? Can you do drop ship?
A6: All products will be shipped from China, mostly from the Shenzhen Port Or other GuangDong Port, if you need to ship from other cities or ports, please contact us for further confirmation. We can ship to worldwide. Drop ship is available, and we will leave no information of us if requested.
