2. Quotation:
When we make a quotation, we need the customer to provide detailed parameters of the product, such as pictures, materials, sizes, quantities, LOGOs and other information, or have original samples or paper samples, which can help us make more accurate quotations;
3. Design proofing:
The corresponding proofing fee is charged according to the actual requirements of the sample. Our proofing time is generally 5-7 days, and the sample fee varies from 200 to 2,000 yuan, depending on the complexity of the sample;
There will be two situations when proofing needs to be LOGO.
(1) If this LOGO needs to be opened, the corresponding mold fee will be charged.
(2) If multi-color printing is required or the printing area is large, the corresponding royalties will also be charged.
4. LOGO process:
customize LOGO according to customer requirements. The general process includes embroidery, printing, hot pressing molding, iron plate, glue plate, etc.;
5. Production delivery period:
The delivery period of the product is 25-35 days according to the minimum order quantity. The delivery period will vary according to the order quantity and production difficulty, and the price of the product will be based on the order quantity.
The difficulty of production and other factors change, and the two sides can communicate and coordinate with each other in the specific situation;
6. Payment method:
The customer needs to pay a deposit of 30% in advance when placing an order. The company confirms that it will start arranging production after receiving the deposit, and provides prenatal sample confirmation of large goods. After the production of the goods is completed, the customer will arrange the delivery after paying the balance. The specific situation needs to be executed in accordance with the contract signed by both parties.
