The wheat should be cleaned and moisture content should be adjusted to 13%~15%. Then they can be poured into the feed hopper of the wheat grinding machine (it is possible to add an elevator to lift grain automatically). The wheat will be grinded by the rollers and be milled into flour or powder. The milled materials will flow through the screen and wheat flour will pass the screen and be discharged from the flour outlet while the wheat bran (coarse chaff ) be expelled from the bran outlet. The bran should be collected and send back to the grinding machine for milling once again.

Generally, the wheat need to be milled 3~5 times, you can get top-class wheat flour from the first 3 times. The flowing 2 times milling, you can get flour with relatively poor quality. You can also choose to mix the super flour and poor flour to make standard flour.
