Firstly, the compressor generates high pressure air to the nucleator nozzle, then the fan motor blows the water into a tiny water mist to be thrown into the air and evenly scattered, then the nucleator produces snow nuclei when the air and water mist reach a certain ratio, and the snow nuclei are cold in the air to form snowflakes.
