Huili has been using the most advanced PC sheet production line OMIPA from Italy since 1996
when PC was introduced to China. It is 1 of the only 2 manufacturers having been using OMIPA line in China.
Our co-extrusion machine offered anti-UV filters preventing yellowing and its loss of transparency and mechanical resistance. Every point of the sheet surface can be prevented from the UV light penetration which directly leads to yellowing, cracking of the sheet.
OMIPA exclusively develops a system named UV-SAVE SYSTEM. It allows you to eliminate the “triangle effect” and follow the profile surface perfectly without penetrating inside the ribs and filling them as the picture below, thereby saving up to 30% of the UV-PC usage.
