Application
This multifunctional automatic encrusting and forming machine can produce various encrusting products.
The proportion of the skin and the filling of the products can be adjusted, the size of the product is uniform, and the appearance is beautiful. The encrusting machine uses a new type of extrusion molding system, which runs more smoothly and with higher efficiency. The food-contact parts are all made of food-grade 304 stainless steel to ensure stable, reliable and hygienic production.
Working Principle:
The working part of the mixer is a single paddle. The angle of the paddle is designed reasonably. When the paddle rotates, the material rolls up and down. At the same time, the paddle rotates to the left and right to generate a certain angle of shaft pushing force, so that all material in the mixing tank will not stand still, then the powder are evenly mixed.
Put the mixed dough and the mixed stuffing into the noodle bucket and the stuffing bucket respectively, then turn on the switch, the machine will automatically wrap the stuffing into the dough wrapper, and you can adjust the dough wrapper and stuffing in grams by the control switches to make the different cookies you want.After encrusting and forming ,the product will be sent out via the conveyor belt.
