Furan Resin Mortar is a mortar based on furan resin for anticorrosion in industries. It is resistant to hydrofluoric acid or fluoride salts medium.
It is a two-component synthetic resin mortar consisting of anti-corrosion furan resin and mineral filler. It is a kind of black resin mortar.

Furan Resin Mortar is used for surfacing and joining bricks. It is particularly suitable for highly corrosive chemical media, such as hydrofluoric acid, fluoride salts medium or organic solvent, also used in high temperature environments.
It mainly used for the anti-corrosion proof, ground, trench, waste pool, neutralization equipment and reaction equipment etc, which are applied in industries such as phosphoric acid, phosphate fertilizer, fluorine chemical and lead smelting.

Storage Conditions
It should be stored in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire, heat and prevent direct sunlight. It should be sealed packaging and kept separate from oxidants, food grade chemicals. No mixing reservoir. The minimum storage period is as follows at 20°C: (If the temperature is high, the storage period shortened.)

Safety Precautions
Throughout the work, adequate ventilation should be ensured. Forced ventilation needs in a confined construction space.
According to the work process, it can not be placed at the job site than the required amount of material. Strictly fire and explosion regulations are needed.
This product may cause pollution of water bodies, avoid raw or configured material into drains.
