Basic features
Nice chamber structure and finish:
Nice mirror chamber finish, and the equipment is with firm structure. Good quality silicon insulation layer is surrounded outside of the chamber to reduce the heat radiation on the surface of the machine.
Full automatic door
The equipment is equipped with full automatic door, and it can also be made to double door structure, which could achieve the isolation of the operation area to the sterile area.
Stainless steel piping
Stainless steel pipelines are used to avoid corrosion that may lead to secondary contamination of the sterilized loads.
Precise control
This series of sterilizer adopts industrial control system PLC + HMI control method to realize full automatic control, and it has standard “user management, data storage, process management” function, the sterilization process can be traced back, with independent data logger and industrial control system to ensure data accuracy.

Working principle
High efficiency filter is installed on both air inlet port and outlet port side of the dry sterilizer, with filtration efficiency up to 99.99%. Fresh air port and wet discharge port are equipped with multi-wing centrifugal fan, which can inlet air and exhaust moist automatically. Flat flow hot air circulation device fan keeps the chamber temperature even. And stainless steel convection wall on both sides of the chamber could be disassembled, cleaned and operated conveniently.
Sterilization trays
Items need to be sterilized are placed on sterilization trays to sterilize in sterilization chamber.
Sterilization carts
After the sterilized items are placed, put the sterilization tray on the sterilization cart and push the sterilization tray into the sterilizer chamber for sterilization.
