Dried Noni fruit
is the product obtained after drying the fresh fruit of noni under sunshine or in drying machine. This is a plant of the coffee family with the scientific name is Morinda citrifolia. Normally, noni trees will be planted for at least 12 months to be selected for fruit harvest. The mature noni fruit with plump eyes will be picked first.

How to make dried noni fruit as follows
:
* Step 1: Wash fresh noni fruit, then drain them
* Step 2: Use a sharp knife to cut the noni fruit vertically
* Step 3: Place Noni fruit into a tray and dry under the sun or in drying machine. Normally, after about 3-4 sunshine, the noni fruit will be dried completely. At this time, the fruit will turn black, hard, ruffled, the inside surface is yellow or brown with visible seeds.
