Basic principles
The definition of pressure is the ratio of the force on a certain area to that area. The core component is a piston system component with high accuracy. The pressure required for measurement is generated by loading weights on the component. The piston cylinder and piston rod are made of tungsten carbide. This material has extremely low pressure deformation and thermal expansion coefficient, which ensures good linearity of the cross-section surface of the piston, making the accuracy of this instrument very excellent.
The instrument directly measures the pressure through the definition (p=f/s), and the piston system is made of high-quality tungsten carbide material, so that the instrument has minimal measurement uncertainty and long-term stability with a validity period of more than 5 years

Functional characteristics of piston pressure gauge
1. patented piston pressure system components, with novel structure, anti-collision, tool free disassembly and assembly, are convenient for piston system cleaning and sealing ring replacement, which is convenient, fast and safe.
2. the piston with small area and small weight has been successfully developed and tested, and has been put into production. It is more convenient and easy to use, greatly reducing the labor force. Customers can choose or consult by telephone according to the situation.
3. two infrared distance sensors are used for piston displacement data acquisition. The data is converted and displayed on the LCD through the self-designed circuit system, which makes displacement observation more convenient and accurate.
4. the piston display system adopts a 3.5-inch color touch screen to display the piston rod displacement, on-site temperature and humidity.
5. equipped with two meter base quick interfaces (M20 × 1.5), with stop valve (optional by the customer), which can be used for sealing test.
6. the gauge seat stop valve (optional by the customer) and pressure regulator are maintenance free and easy to operate. The handle design is reasonable and personalized according to the holding posture.
7. the main machine shell is made of 12mm thick aluminum alloy plate, which is firm and stable. The oil cup has an oil storage capacity of 400ml, which can be customized and enlarged according to the needs of customers to facilitate the calibration of a large number of sensors. The cup is equipped with an oil pollution filtering device, and the pipeline connected to the meter base is directly connected to the oil cup. After passing through the sewage filtering device, the oil entering the piston system is clean, so as to avoid the blockage and damage caused by the dirty oil entering the piston system, or even the piston rod being stuck and broken.
