Q2: Are you a trading company or a factory?
A: We are a comprehensive factory integrating r&d, design, production and sales. We have a professional R&D team and sales team,which will give you a good shopping experience.
Q3: Do you accept OEM?
A: Yes.If you have a legally registered patent, we will package the product in your brand box upon receipt of your authorization.We can also help you print the logo on your items.And we can print cartons according to your requirements.
Q4: What are your terms of payment?
A: T/T is 30% of the deposit and 70% before delivery(70% after receipt copy of BL).Before you pay the balance, we will show you the picture of the product and package.
Q5: How about your delivery time and receipt time?
A: Generally, it takes 30 to 60 days to receive your advance payment.The exact delivery time depends on the items and quantity you order.In addition to the production time mentioned above, it usually takes a maximum of 10-25 days to ship to the destination ports all over the world.It depends on your port, we will choose fast shipment for you to ensure that you receive the goods early!
Q6: Can we use our own freight forwarder?
A: Of course, we already work with many freight forwarders.If you need, we can recommend some freight forwarders to you so that you can compare the prices and services.
Q7: What should be done if the goods are damaged after receiving the goods?
A: You will need to provide the relevant valid certification, and we will send you the same product on our next order.
Q8: Do you have a warranty?
A: If it is not man-made damage, we promise to replace your swing within 12 months.
Q9: How do I get a quote and place an order?
A: Simply give our staff the item number (or link) of the item you are interested in and we will prepare a detailed offer for
you.Once the order is confirmed, a proforma invoice will be issued and production will begin after the advance payment is made.
