* 1. What is the turnaround time for custom mailer boxes?
Standard production time for our custom boxes typically ranges from 7—10 business days. You can expedite the process to 6 to 8 business days if you are pressed for time. Customized sample boxes can be shipped within just 3-5 Business Days.
*2. Do you offer inside printing for my mailer boxes?
You can choose to print on both the inside and outside of your boxes. Other options include printing on the inside only or just the outside of your box. You can even order unprinted (blank) boxes.
* 3. How do I measure the length,width,and depth of my mailer boxes?
Open the box toward you and get the interior dimensions of the box based on the following:
* Length is measured from the left to right side of the box.
* Width is measured from the front to the back side of the box.
* Depth is measured from the top to the bottom part of the box.
* 4. Do you review the design or artwork before production?
We review your artwork or created design to look for any technical issues before printing. If we find any error that can cause problems during the production, our team will make the necessary adjustments or reach out to you for further instruction. Shitong is not responsible for any misspelling and wrong content on your artwork or design.
* 5. How can you ensure the quality inspection?
Before mass production, we will check all product requirements with you again to ensure that there is no error, and then we will start printing.
On the order production process, we have inspection standard before delivery and will supply you the product pictures and videos.
