ASSEMBLY:

SUB-ASSEMLY:
We are capable of making customized bellows end-pieces quickly and conveniently in our production facility regardless of size, shape, or quantity. We then add the machined component to the assembly per your requirements. Our customers can specific bellows lengths, material, and die sizes based upon their requirements. MW design engineers will work closely with you to ensure that your finished assembly will fit perfectly into your OEM project.
PACKAGE:
Do you need specialized packaging? We work with your teams to determine the best way to build and package your products to ensure efficient assembly with your existing components.
Kitting:
Do you have several components that require kitting together for end-use? We will work with your team to determine how efficiencies can be created by kitting like components together.

CNC Machining, SLA(Stereolithography) and SLS(Selective Laser Sintering), 4~7days lead time.

CNC machining Service.
Specialized in CNC turning, 4-axis CNC milling, 5-axis CNC machining, and complex CNC turning&milling

Mold Making Service.
We export Molds for problem-free use, and also make economical molds for use in China-we also have the injection machines for molding production.

Parts Production, Final Assembly, Testing and Packaging service.
To further reduce your cost we produce plastic and metal parts in China further. Assembly is generally the most labor intensive step in the production process, so this is really where we can save you a lot as well.
