Introduction of plucker

There are six models of pluckers in our factory.

ZH-30 and ZH-40 are used to depilate bird's feathers;

ZH-50, ZH-60, ZH-65 and ZH-80 are used to depilate poultry's feathers.

Their design is basically the same as the above picture, the main difference is the work ability.

Compared with the traditional manual depilation method, our depilation machine is very efficient.

Take ZH-50 as an example, 2-3 chickens can be depilated at a time, and completely depilated in about 0.5-1 minute.

Since it is called plucker, it can also be used to depilate duck feathers, goose feathers, bird feathers, etc. it has high density rubber fingers, and poultry feathers can be completely depilated.

How to use plucker

1. Scald the poultry after slaughtered by hot water of 65-80 degree.

2. Then turn on the machine,put the scalded poultry into the machine.

3. After 30 seconds working,turn on the tap,and wash away the removed feather, then take out the poultry.

4. The whole process of  depilation takes about 0.5-1 minute.

Precautions for plucker

1. Install a leakage switch on the ground line.

2. Turn on the switch,and check whether the machine operates normally before use.

3. Clean thoroughly after use.

4. If rubber fingers are worn or broken after long-term use, please replace them in time to ensure work efficiency.

5. After a period of use,if the rolling disc slows down,it may be the belt slide.

6. Then please adjust the nut on the machine base, but be careful not to tighten it.
