The vehicle/ personnel ranging alarm anti-collision solution adopt wireless pluse patent technology ,by establishing micro base station fixed on the large-scale factory vehicle ,monitor in real time the relative distance between with the micro-tags in range of several tens of meters with precision 10 cm. The invention has the advantages that the danger level can be judged according to the distance , the sound light alarm at different levels can be setted, So the occurrence of a high-risk accident such as a vehicle collision and rolling employee can be effectively prevented.
Useing the latest technology to significantly reduce the risk of collision between moving vehicles and pedestrians in the workplace. The system sets up an invisible exclusion zone around the vehicle, providing an audible (siren followed by “Look Out! Person near you”) and visual warning alert to the operator when someone is detected within the programmable zone and vibration alert for pedestrian. This creates an opportunity for the driver and pedestrian to take appropriate action to avoid an incident. The detection precision is under 0.1m and the trigger distance can be set from 0.5m-32m.
Application situation
(1) Vehicle -worker collision alarm
if vehicle installed the basestation and soundlight alarm ,worker installed the tags ,when the man -vehicle distance is too close, the vehicle is alerted by the sound and light alarm.
(2) Vehicle -v ehicle collision alarm
All the vehicle installed basestation and soundlight alarm , When vehicles distances are too close to each other, the sound light alarm on the vehicle will alert
(3) Corner collision alarm
vehicle installed the basestation and soundlight alarm .the concor installed the basestation and soundlight when the vehicle close to the concor , the soundlight will alert .
