U Staple Nail Production Process

1.Cold heading

One wire is fed from a wire coil through a drawing machine, then the straightened wire flows directly into a cutting machine that will be cut automatically into pieces at a designated length and die will cut the head of u staple nail blank into a predefined shape.

2.Thread rolling

Once the wire was colded headed,the u staple nail blanks will be automatically transferred to the cutting dies from a vibrating hopper,then the hopper guides the u staple nail blank down to the dies.

3.Surface polishing

The threaded u staple nail nail will be fed to the polishing machine , where the u staple nail will be polished to have a nice looking on the surface.
