Rubberized Coir Sheet for mattress

Rubberized Coir Sheets are made from pure natural coconut fibers by unwinding the curled ropes of Coir. This step is very important as it ensures the necessary tension for the fibers. The next step is spraying of rubber latex over the neatly laid down layer of coir fibers. After adding required amount of latex on both sides the fibers are heat treated so that the rubber latex binds the material evenly. The coir fibers are now transformed into  Coir Mats.

We can achieve various thickness starting from 8 mm to 50 mm and varying length/width as per customer requirements. One may also alter the density of coir and amount of latex impregnation depending on the application.
