A: Yes, we are professional cycling factory located in Wuxi, Jiangsu.
Q2: What's the delivery time?
A: 1) For
1 sample, we can send within 3-5 days after your order if selected from our stock.
2)
For bulk order, usually it will take about 30 working days for a 40HQ container.
3) Customizing logo & package & configuration, delivery time is to be determined.
A: Yeah, we accept sample order for your test. Sample fee will be a little expensive, but we will refund the extra money after you place the container order to us.
Q4: Do you have the products in stock?
A：Yes, we always keep more than 50 pcs of standard version in stock, so that you can receive the samples in a very short time.
Q5: What is your after-sale service?
A: Within one year, we will provide parts replacement and repair services.
Q6: What's the warranty terms?
A: Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, and does not cover normal wear and tear, damage/failure due to an accident, incidental or consequential damage, or any use of the product that's inconsistent with the operating instructions as laid out in our user manual.
Q7: What's the payment terms?
1) For samples, we accept T/T 100%, you can pay via Alibaba Trade Assurance for payment protection.
2) For bulk orders, T/T 30% as deposit and T/T 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of your products and packages before you pay the balance.
