What is pasteurization?

Pasteurization machine is the principle of pasteurization, it is invented by the French microbiologist Pasteur

cold sterilization method, is a use of lower temperature can kill bacteria and maintain the nutritional flavor of

the same disinfection method. Generally, the appropriate temperature for microbial growth is 28℃ - 37℃,

too high temperature, bacteria will die. Pasteurization machine is a kind of milk and other food heating to

60~65℃, keep sterilization for 30 minutes, and then the temperature is rapidly cooled to 4-5℃ for preservation.

This kind of sterilization, mostly used for milk, etc., can kill pathogenic bacteria, but also reduce nutritional loss

What is the difference between the pasteurization of your ice cream machine and other ice cream machines?

We use compressor reverse heating to heat the temperature of raw materials to about 68 degrees Celsius,

and then rapidly cooling, which can not only maintain the freshness of raw materials but also effectively sterilize.

Compared with other ice cream machines using electric heating, electric heating will reduce the freshness of

raw materials while killing bacteria, and even boil the raw materials into paste

Pasteurize mix to 85℃ to ensure the milk, creammix is bacteria free and guarantee hygiene,

then cool down to 6℃ and aged.With regulationbetween high and low  speed beating,

thebeater could efficiently cut macro molecular and homogenize the mix.This program is

mostlyused process in gelato and ice cream making, as it ensures maximum hygiene.
