Wooden Groove Wooden Acoustic Panels is wildly used in public area with it's good sound effect, variety of color and durable finishing. The panels have longitudinal grooves and slats, machined along the length of the panel. These panels are consist of a laminate finished surface, base core board and black acoustic felt attached on the back. The base core board is an 15mm thick MDF sheet (Middle Density Fiberboard) with a finish laminated to its front face and black acoustic felt adhered to its rear face. It's ideal acoustic panels for area within building that require very good sound absorption, for example, Indoor Sports Hall, Multi-Purpose Hall, Band Rooms, Music Rooms,Dance Studio, PAL Rooms,dancing hall, hotel, school, exhibition, office, lecture theater, etc.

Installation

1> First fix the aluminum profile onto the wooden frame or bottom board, and their distance suggested is about 600mm.
2> Filled the 32-64 kg/m density acoustic foam among aluminum profiles.
3> Use the clips to fix the grooved acoustic panel to the aluminum profile.
4> When install several acoustic panel, the suggested distance between head to head distance is 2-3mm.
5> If the grooved acoustic panel is installed in the horizontal way, then the notch of the panel should face down, and it need to be fixed tight with clips.
