LS-300-2-A Single Drive Stone Bead Milling Machine
This is the second machine to use mass making gemstone bead size 3-20 mm, used after the LS-300-1 chamfer machine, make the chamfered bead round, but not totally round, 80% round.
LS-300-2-A stone bead milling machine can mill 356pcs of 4mm bead at a time, 292pcs of 6mm bead, 236pcs of 8mm bead, 144pcs of 10mm bead, 100pcs of 12mm bead, 84pcs of 14mm bead, 68pcs of 16mm bead, 48pcs of 18mm bead at a time.
Different size bead with different size of diamond plate, diamond plate size can be 3/4/6/8/10/12/14/16/18/20 mm, machine will work with a diamond plate and a steel plate, put beads in the plate, adjust the gap between the diamond plate and steel plate, normally take 15-25 minutes a time.
Diamond plate Grit to choose from 45/60/80/100/120/150/180/220, decided by the stone hardness, we suggest grit 80/100 for very hard stone like jade and agate, grit 240 for stone like natural turquoise.
Used for gemstone like jade, agate, crystal, fossi, shell, opal, chalcedony, obsidian and lapis, mohs hardness 4-7.
