This authentic tsukemen soup can be prepared simply by adding hot water.
Infuse your noodles with the umami notes of powdered bonito flakes to create a flavorful dish.
*Shipment of this product is subject to a minimum quantity of 3 cases (30 bags) or 1 bag in the case of samples.
[How to use]
Combine 50cc (approx. 60g) of this product with 150cc to 200cc of hot water or stock, mix well to dissolve, and use as tsukemen dipping broth. (1:4 to 1:5 dilution)
