Products Description
APPLICATION
The sheet extruder is composed of extrusion, calendaring, traction and rolling. The main parts are abrasion resistant, resistant to corrosion, high-temperature resistant by high quality specially-treated. Low resistanceforce in die head extruding channel makes sheet thickness evenly, the internal spiral tank in three rollers ensures an effective cooling and it is easy to change and install net changer with the hydraulic pressure unit, no need to stop machine. The machine extrudes PP/PS granule to PP/PS sheet with single color, which is used for producing plastic products by plastic thermoforming
machines, like cups, food container, trays, dishes, bowls, lids, etc.
SUMMARY OF MACHINE
1.The material of the screw and barrel is 38CrMoAlA, after nitriding treatment, the hardness is the best, the corrosion resistance
is strong, and the service life is long.
2.T-die Design: like cloth-hanger, enable the melting material be flowed evenly from the outlet.
3.FILTER PART: Worm-Gear Case: 1 pcs Filter Size: 300mm x 40 mm Net Dia.: Ф3-3.5mm Heating power: 7.2kw
4.Roller layout: According to the level type, each roller is arranged side by side. Cooling method: Since there are many trough irons inside each drum, a spiral method (not a linear method) is used to cool each drum.
5.Double working station is easy to receive sheet, if one roller is full, we can use another roller , and save time.
6.The scrap rewinder is used to rewind the scrap for recycling.
