TECHNICS
Material
Purchasing Top Veneer and plywood from qualified suppliers.
Drying and Balancing
Put the material into kiln and use electronic equipment to control the moisture. This equipment is from Italy.
Glue Veneer on the plywood
Inspect the material pieces by pieces and then testing the moisture 6-9%, after that we will glue the veneer on the plywood.
Press the material
After gluing the veneer on the plywood, hot press the material with steam.
Balancing
Send the hot material to the balancing room to cool that naturally.
Repairing the boards and surface treating
Repairing the boards and sanding as well as brushing the boards to reach the clients surface requirements.
T&G process
Homag Line for T &G, Sanding , color grouping ,quality control on precision
Coating
Four advanced UV lacquer lines introduced abroad,German Aluminum oxide anti-scratch and anti-wear finish.
Packing
Use a sheet of prtection cushion to protect the floors surface out of damage,after enveloping the floors with plastic film and packing floors with carton package,lastly ,stack cartons of floors on the pallet and shrink wrap around
