We have been producing water treatment equipment for 12 years, with one-stop service from design-production-installation. Our engineers have 24 years of water treatment experience. We have sold our products in more than 100 countries.
The Seawater desalination device
Note:High pressure pump wearing parts, reverse osmosis membrane, Precision filter and safety filter element, solenoid valve, pipe valve parts, etc, are standard or general, which can be interchanged or replaced!
1.High desalination rate, stable performance, safety and reliability, avoiding frequent cleaning and no environmental pollution.
2.Compact structure, small volume, easy to operate and maintenance.
3.The machine sets up high and low voltage pretection to prevent the machine from breaking downing.
4.Device fault alarm and indication is convenient for identifying the causes and maintenance quickly.
5.Online conductivity meter monitoring the outlet water quality at any time.
6.All parts and pipes of sea water filtration part are made of 316L stainless steel and PPR material resistant to sea water corrosion.
Seawater desalination has proven to be a reliable and economically sustainable water resource since the second half of the 20th Century. A number of well proven technologies already exist, with advantages and disadvantages making each of them more suitable in specific sites.
Moreover, quite recently, coupling the use of renewable energy to the production of fresh water from seawater results in novel technologies, able to minimize the environmental impact that desalination processes can create due to their intense energy consumptions.
Seawater coming into the plant goes through a rigorous pretreatment process then freshwater is separated from the seawater using reverse osmosis. The end product is high-quality drinking water that supplies up to 10 percent of the region’s needs.
Consumables replacement of mineral water plant
It is depends on local water quality and the filters you choose. when the water-out flow become less, you can wash it, thus prolonging the performance time.
