PVC CO-EXTRSION IS THE STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY
1. ASA is Acylonitrile-Styrene-Acrylate rubber ternary polymer, ASA for short which is developed in the Lab in 1970 base on ABS and it has 40x better weatherability than timber, and 30x better UV resistance and weatherability than PE WPC material.
2.PVC-ASA is fadeless, ASA is kind of amorphous terpolymer which doesn't include double boud, the carbonyl and nitrile in mecomolecular chain have strong anti-UV and weatherability, what's more, the sturcture of Benzene is very stable, so it can better resist UV and keep color stable.
3. PVC Co-extrusion products can be maintained for more than 50 years when there is no human destruction.
