Features:
a. Best heating efficiency: Heat pipe as heat exchanger, good absorbent coating and best combination between them
b. Wide applicable range: As the heat pipe has less heat capacity, it works very quick even under cloudy days and collect heat effectively. It can work normally even -30 degrees. As no water in the vacuum tube, it can effectively prevent low heat efficiency due to frost cracking or scaling!
c. Each individual tube can work independently, and the whole system can still work if any one of them get damaged. The lifespan of our heat pipe is more than 15years.
d. The connection between the heat pipe and vacuum tube is good and vacuum tube can be replaced if broken!
Working principle:
a. On heat-pipe collector, the condenser of heat pipe is inserted to the copper manifold.
b. After the solar energy is absorbed by the vacuum tubes, it is transferred to the heat pipe through the aluminum fin.
c. The medium in the heat pipe will work and transfer the heat to the condenser.
d. When water or other medium in the water pipe flows across the copper manifold, they will be heated.
e. The heated water or other medium makes water in the tank hotter and hotter by running through the coils in the tank.
