1: Are you manufacturer or Trading company?
We are manufacturer directly,all items we show here are produced by our factory directly.
2: Do you have a Minimum order quantity?
Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. If you are looking to resell but in much smaller quantities, if you can order Mixed items, we ask very samller quantity
3: How about the shipping cost?
If your order quantity is not bigger, we can delivery it by express(FedEx,DHL, EMS, TNT,UPS); If you have large order, we can ship out by sea and air.
4: How about the price? Can you make it cheaper?
We make price depends on the item, size, quantity you demand. We just can make best prices to you after receving your full description of the items that you want.
5: What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products.
6: How about your payment terms?
Samples: we need received your full payments before send out samples.
Order payments: 30% deposit after PI confirmed, 70% balance against BL scan copy.
