Introduction
The
trommel screens
provide a
simple, efficient, and economical
solution to upgrade a wide range of materials and optimize the subsequent process steps of recovery. This method of screening helps to reduce operating and investment costs and to increase product quality while allowing rapid and large volume processing.
Our trommel screens are constructed of high-quality material, designed for high performance, high production rates, lower operating costs, and lower maintenance . This material is then passed on to the downstream process equipment which can be in various forms such as centrifugal concentrator, spiral classifier, mineral jig , etc.
Trommel screen is a kind of screening equipment commonly used in the gold dressing process. Through the continuous rotation of the trommel screen, large pieces of waste rock can be thrown out, thus saving the time of sorting operation and greatly improving the efficiency of the next concentration operation of alluvial gold ore.
The placer gold ore is similar to the placer tin ore, deposits in the hillside, the river bed, the lake coastal place, forms the
certain enrichment. it has the industrial mining value, is called the placer gold deposit. Principle
The
drum device
is tilted and mounted on the rack. The motor is connected by
a reducer and a drum device
through a coupling to drive the drum device around its axis. When the material enters the drum device, due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, the material on the screen surface is flipped and rolled, so that the qualified material (
product under the screen
) is discharged through the outlet at the bottom of the back end of the drum. Unqualified materials (
product on the screen
) are discharged through the outlet at the end of the drum.
