LNG/L-CNG filling device is consisted of LNG storage tank, immersed pump, fluid adding machine, cryogenic column piston pump and skid-mounted high pressure vaporized skid, BOG vaporizer, EGA vaporizer, BOG buffer tank, BOG compressor, sequence control panel, storage cylinder set, gas dispenser, pipeline and valves. The station control system includes PLC control system, gas alarm system, instrument air system and BOG collecting control system.

LNG/L-CNG station control system

The control system for LNG/L-CNG station is consisted of PLG control system, instrument pneumatic system, gas alarming system, flame detection system and safety pressure release system. Main equipment includes PLC control panel, industrial personal computer, display, gas alarm, gas sensor, flame detector, pressure & temperature transmitter, liquid level sensor and explosion-proof solenoid valve.

Main functions:

· Monitoring and management on LNG storage, cryogenic pump, process valves within the station and gas filler;

· Automatic switch and control of operation modes of unloading, pressure adjustment, gas filling and standby;

· Data collection, inquiry, storage and print of report;

· Alarm and failure detection function;
