Ceramic fiber paper is produced by ceramic fiber cotton as the main raw material, using wet forming process. It has excellent chemical stability, resisting attack by most corrosive agents, except hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid and concentrated alkali. Even if the ceramic fiber paper is wet by water or steam, its heat-resistant property and physical properties can be completely restored after drying. Ceramic fiber paper is a high-class lightweight refractory material, applying to thermal insulation, sealing, electric insulation and sound absorption, which can replace asbestos products.
