Density is 0.941~0.965g/cm3, crystallinity is 80%~90%, softening point is 125~135℃,
The service temperature can reach 100°C; the melting temperature is 120~160°C. For materials with large molecules, the recommended melting temperature range is between 200~250°C.
HDPE is a milky white translucent waxy solid, which has good heat resistance and cold resistance, good chemical stability, high rigidity and toughness, good mechanical strength; dielectric properties, environmental stress cracking resistance are also better good.
HDPE is suitable for various molding processes of thermoplastic molding processing, and has good molding processability, such as injection molding, extrusion molding, blow molding, rotational molding, coating, foaming process, thermoforming, heat sealing welding, heat welding, etc.
HDPE application range
Injection molding products: turnover boxes, bottle caps, barrels, caps, food containers, trays, trash cans, boxes, and plastic flowers
Blow molding products: hollow molding products, such as various series of blow molding barrels, containers, bottles, cleaning agents, chemicals, cosmetics, etc., gasoline tanks, daily necessities, etc. There are also blown film products such as food packaging bags, grocery shopping bags, fertilizer lining films, etc.
Extruded products: pipes and fittings are mainly used in gas transportation, public water and chemical transportation, such as building material drainage pipes, gas pipes, hot water pipes, etc.: sheets are mainly used in seats, suitcases, handling containers, etc.
