A: Yes, you can get the samples. The samples are free, but we do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 15 work days against receipt of your deposit.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=3000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=3000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance against B/L Copy.
Q: How to inspect the cargo?
A:
(1). We can send you the shipment sample for confirmation before ship. And after loading container, we will send you the loading pictures.
(2). Send a person who can check the cargo for you.
(3). Find a inspection company, and let them check the cargo and give you the inspection report
.
Q: How to get the cargo?
A: We can book the container and load the cargo for you after inspection, or you contact with the shipping forwarder in your country and let them send a container to our warehouse. Both of us can insure the cargo.
