1. Aircraft tires should be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
2. The distance between the heat source and tires should be more than 1m. Tires should not be stored together with oils, combustibles, chemical corrodents and those substances that can easily cause rubber deterioration.
3. Aircraft tires should be stored vertically not horizontally. Placing one tire on top of the other or suspending tires with a rod through them should be avoided. The supporting points of tires should be changed at least once every three months to avoid deformation.
4. Tires should be stored on a first-in first-out(FIFO) basis.
