Main structure and process flow
The machine is divided into three parts: the cleaning part, the grinding part and the screening part.
(I) The net grain part: equipped with our advanced technology of screening, stone removal and threshing combination grain clearing machine, the process is shortened, that is, original wheat → combination cleaning machine (two sieve → stone removal → threshing wheat) → moist wheat screw conveyor→ net wheat bin. This process is transported by a high-pressure fan. The whole process is completed by air selection, which ensures the quality of net grain.
(ii) Grinding part: Grinding of wheat, mainly done by a mill.Wheat strip away the use of mechanical strength, the endosperm scraped from the dander, and the endosperm ground into a fine powder, this is one of the main coal pulverizing process, flour mill upper and lower, upper part for feeding, the lower is the roller, or by a pair of gear differential rotation synchronous belt,driving roller, break the supplies, peeling, scraping and research, such as function, achieve the goal of grinding.The grinding degree of the material can be achieved by adjusting the gap between the grinding rollers.Finally, pull the handle to separate the gate to realize the separation of the two grinding rollers, and the feeding mechanism also stops feeding automatically.
(iii) Screening part: the ground materials are sifted through their respective feeder → extractor → powder extractor (round sieve),and the materials are sifted through the powder extractor (round sieve), and the flour is filtered through the flour extractor (round sieve).
