Product Description
ALEACLAR SPECIAL M is a complex fining agent ALLERGEN-FREE, that unite the positive proprieties of its components to act a selective adsorption against oxidized fractions, some phenolic and aromatic substances from microbiological contamination. The particular molecular structure of the fraction composed by vegetal carbon and yeast’s cell walls makes it very efficient against some molecules responsible of organoleptic deviations from microbiological contamination. Fish gelatin permits to reduce phenolic parts responsible of bitter and herbaceous aromas, contributing to the organoleptic improvement of the treated wine. Vegetal proteins allow a selective adsorption of oxidized and oxidable fractions. The use of ALEACLAR SPECIAL M on wine after alcoholic fermentation guarantees a selective clearness of instable compounds of wine, removing phenolic fractions oxidable during normal phases of winemaking. Together with bentonite and silica gel contributes to accelerate the processes of clarification, promoting the obtaining of brilliant wines. ALEACLAR SPECIAL M guarantees high velocities of sedimentation and compaction of sediments, permitting less losses of wine and consequent economic savings. Available in bags of 1 and 10 kg.
