Product Description
Product introduction
Scope of application: paving of concrete, cement plaster, plastered brick surface and ground ceramic tile.
1. it is applicable to ceramic tiles with high water absorption ≥ 0.6%, which have obvious water absorption after dripping on the back, and the size is less than 600 × 600mm ordinary ceramic tiles.
2. large and medium-sized ceramic tiles are paved on the surface of the cement base.
3. not suitable for outdoor applications.
4. for any application beyond the above scope, if the water absorption of the tiles pasted is less than 0.6%, the back of the tiles must be treated with effective interface treatment, and then use the strong tile adhesive to pave normally.
Product features

Base surface treatment:
1. the base course surface shall be solid, clean, free of hollowing, oil stain, wax stain, release agent and other loose objects.
2. after the concrete surface is completed, it shall be cured for 28 days before paving. The newly plastered surface shall be cured for at least 7 days before paving.
3. the old concrete and plastered surface can be cleaned with industrial detergent or degreasing agent, and then washed with high-pressure faucet. The surface can be paved after being dried for 24 hours.
4. under high temperature and dry environment, the base surface shall be wetted before construction.
usage method:
1. the mixing ratio is powder: clean water =20kg:4.5-5.2kg. First pour the water into the bucket, then add the powder and mix it evenly into a powder free paste. After standing still for 5 minutes, mix it again for use.
2. it is recommended to use a tooth shaped scraper for construction: first scrape 1 ㎡ of glue on the wall, then scrape the tooth shaped mark evenly with a tooth shaped scraper, then scrape the glue on the back of the ceramic tile and scrape the tooth mark with a tooth shaped scraper, smoothly knead and press the ceramic tile on the wall scraped by the glue, and hammer it in place with a rubber hammer.
3. when selecting the size of the tooth shaped scraper, the flatness of the working surface, the size of the ceramic tile and the concave convex degree of the back shall be considered.
matters needing attention
1. the product can be mixed with water in proportion. It is forbidden to add other materials. This product uses natural ore as raw material. The color difference between batches is normal and does not affect normal use.
2. the powder / water ratio can be properly adjusted according to the substrate, weather, construction conditions, etc.
3. the construction in rainy days must be well shielded to ensure that it will not be wet by rain 24 hours after paving.
4. the mixed mortar shall be used up within 2 hours. The dried mortar shall not be reused after mixing with water.
Reference dosage: the dosage of 1mm thickness per square meter is about 1.4kg, which depends on the flatness of the base course and the size of the ceramic tile.
Shelf life: unopened products shall be stored in a dry, ventilated and cool place, and the shelf life shall be 1 year under normal storage and transportation conditions.
