Automatic screw press sludge dewatering machine
is a screw press dewatering equipment.
It can be used to effectively concentrate and dewater sludge wastewater.
Our dewatering screw press can thicken sludge water to 20% of the dry matter content of municipal sludge, and more for minerals and industrial sludge, which can provide efficient decontamination effects. Working Priciple
Concurrent forced water; thin-layer dehydration; moderately extend the dehydration path
Thickening:
When the shaft is driven by a screw, the ring moving around the shaft will move up and down relatively. Most of the water is pressed out of the concentration zone and falls into the filtrate tank to maintain gravity.
Dehydration:
The thickened sludge continuously advances from the thickening zone to the dewatering zone. As the thread pitch of the screw shaft becomes narrower, the pressure in the filter chamber becomes higher and higher. In addition to the pressure generated by the back pressure plate, the sludge is also under great pressure, and a dry sludge cake is produced.
Self-cleaning:
The moving ring is continuously rotated up and down under the push of the moving screw shaft, and the gap between the fixed ring and the moving ring is cleaned at the same time to prevent the blocking phenomenon that often occurs during traditional dehydration.
