3.  Introduction of milk pasteurizer for sale
1). Commercial milk pasteurizer for sale is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel production, sterilization temperature, speed can be set according to the technical requirement.
2). Commercial milk pasteurizer for sale consist of water tank and milk tank. Water cycle consists of two layer, the cold water and lower hot water. Through the refrigeration compressor precooling, the water cycle through the circulating pump inlet and outlet water.
3). Milk tank is divided into three layers, the most outer layer is the thermal insulation layer, and the middle is hot water sterilization layer, the layer is milk.

Features of pasteurizer

1). SUS304 stainless steel (thickness 2mm), sterilization temperature, speed can be set according to process requirements.
2). Bactericidal effect, low noise, speed adjustable durable, safe and reliable, automatic temperature control, easy maintenance.
3).The body is made of milk cans and tanks of two part.
4). Hot water tank and water tank into the cold water tank.
5). Tank is divided into three layers, the outermost layer is the insulation layer, an intermediate layer of hot water sterilization, the inner layer is milk.
6). The top of the milk cans with a stirrer, stir milk to make milk is heated evenly through the mixing device.
7). Barrel diameter of 500-600mm, the yield of 100kg/second (150kg/times).
