NAZDAR 270 Series UV inks and NAZDAR NEM500 are the same brand of high-quality UV inks, offering excellent color stability andadhesion. They are suitable for various applications, including advertising, signage, and more. These inks provide reliable performance and exceptional print results, catering to diverse printing needs.

Features

• Low viscosity inks designed for machines that do not require an ink that must be heated to jet at a given specificationi.e. Ricoh GH2220 or Epson DX7

Ink Handling

All personnel mixing and handling these products must wear gloves and eye protection. Clean up all spills immediately. If ink does come in contact with skin, wipe ink off with a clean, dry cloth (do not use solvent or flush solution). Wash the affected area with soap and water.

Clean Up

For clean-up of ink spills and equipment use Nazdar UV Maintenance Solution. Avoid contact with skin. Wear approved safety glasses and appropriate gloves when using Maintenance Solution.

Curing Parameters

Nazdar® NEM500 Series inks are formulated to cure when exposed to a LED light source in the 395 nanometer range with output of at least 4 watts/cm2

Viscosity When printing at ambient temperature, maintaining a jetting temperature of 250C -300C is recommended. Maintaining a constant printhead temperature is recommended for optimal jetting performance.

Particle Size The average particle size of the finished ink is .3 micron. All batches of ink are formulated and tested to be less than 1 micron.

Storage/Shelf Life

Store ink and flush solutions at 18°- 32° C (65°-90°F). If stored at a different temperature, the ink should be allowed to reach room temperature before calibration or printing. The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored under prescribed conditions.
