1. About the packing
All products are original and Brand new.
1) Before Shipment, We will open the box (remove the packing film if it has), turn on the projector,check and test to prevent any factory defects.
2) Due to restrictions on the safe transport of international logistics, we will take out the batteries in the remote control.
3) Most of the projectors are Chinese version with Chinese plug, we will offer suitable adapter for using in your country.
2. About return
1) For any behaviours that affects secondary sales, such as the package is opened and the product is used, we do not accept return for no reason. So please carefully review the product introduction before placing an order.
2) OTHER REASONS
(Like buyer does not like it when received it / Different from your imagination / Think too expensive etc.)
NO return NO replacement. So before ordering please considering clearly.
3. About shipping
The products will be delivered from China,clients need to bear the customs fees and TAX. We will offer some DDP service for some countries, please contact us for more details before placing the order.
4. About product
1) We will help to Switch Language to English (if version support). Most of the products in our store are Chinese version and supports Chinese and English Settings. If you need other languages, please use it with a TV stick or TV box. Thanks for your understanding.
2) For all projectors, the brightness of the central area and the four corners will be different. So the clarity in the middle will be higher than that of the edge. When playing the text, the difference will be a little obvious, which is a normal phenomenon. but when playing the movie, the difference can be ignored. Please don't worry. If the whole picture is required to be 100% clear, please buy a TV or a computer instead of a projector.
5. Daily product care
Don't use the finger or general cloth to clean the lens of the projector. We don't bear the duty for this kind of artificial damages. Because the material of the lens and the difference of temperature, some lens have fog when you get it. It is normal and it will disappear after used for several days. Because of the concentration and reflection of light, you may see the lines on the lens. This is not a scratch and it will disappear when the projector is turned off.
6. About warranty
For non-human damage, we offer a one-year warranty. Please contact us for troubleshooting before shipping back the goods.
