How about your payment terms?

Our payment term is T/T 50% before production, balance against copy of B/L. After several orders, if everything goes well, we can accept T/T 30% in advance, balance against copy of B/L.

How about your delivery time?

Now it is 45 days after received advance payment and confirmed all order detail. If possible, it’s better to give us your order schedule, e.g 3 months, half year. When we confirm all order details and received all advanced payment. We will start the production and ship the goods separately to confirm your delivery time. And if you place more orders, the printing company will consider decrease the printing plate charge, or will not collect it.

What is your MOQ?

For OEM, from Dia100-230mm (4”-9”)cutting & grinding, the MOQ is 20,000pcs for each item, from Dia300-400mm cutting disc, the MOQ is 10,000pcs for each item. For GRASSLAND, from Dia100-230mm 4”-9” 10,000pcs, from Dia300-400mm cutting disc, the MOQ is 5,000pcs for each item.

If we wanna 3000pcs per item. Is it ok for you ?

For old customers, our MOQ is 10,000pcs per item. For new customers, our MOQ is 20,000pcs per item. Below MOQ, we can produce, but we need to collect some printing plate charge from you. E.g: 115mm cutting disc. It’s 400pcs per carton. 3000/400=7.5 carton. It’s difficult to buy raw material. How much we need to collect from you. We need to check your order and label design.

Do you have any certification?

Yes, we have German MPA safety certificate, it is used for European market and some middle-east countries.

How about your technology?

Our factory started from 1995, we made joint venture with UK ARROW company, so our original technology is from UK. And now, we employed an engineer from Taiwan who worked in a Japanese factory more than 10 years, he is very experienced and helps us a lot to improve the quality and optimize quality control system.

How do you test the products?

We have a very strict quality control system. We make pre-shipment inspection for each order. We pick up 3pcs from 1,000pcs to make both physical and performance test. For physical, we test weight, diameter, balance, etc. For performance, different item we test different workpieces (steel bar, steel pipe, angle steel, etc) to check the working life and speed. We have our own test standard, and some customers’ own standard, we will make accordingly. We have a tracking system for whole procedures, all the date is kept in the computer, if we meet any problem, we will never ship it.
