Product Description
WFJ SERIES MICRO PULVERIZER
This machine consisted of the main motor, auxiliary motor and electrical control cabinet with the capabilities of winnowing,non-sieve or mesh, equality of granule size and continuous processing etc. It is widely used in food, chemical, cosmetics, plastic, dyestuff, resin, colorant, and agricultural industry.
The machine can crush rice, sugar, all kinds of beans, agarwood, pepper, pepper, coffee beans, cocoa beans, fennel, star anise,cinnamon, cumin, cardamom, thyme and other materials. High oil content materials such as sesame seeds, walnuts, peanuts, almonds,melon seeds, etc. can not be crushed alone. If you need to crush a particularly high oil content of the material, it needs to be mixed with other non-oil or low oil content of the material together, the proportion of high oil content of the material as low as25% . If there are large particles of high oil content materials, crushing with ultra-micro crusher before crushing,crusher or stainless steel crusher for crushing (coarse) , and then ultra-micro crusher for ultra-micro crushing.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The material enters the crushing chamber through the material gate through the screw conveyor, is sheared and crushed by the high-speed rotating blade, and is transported into the cyclone separator through the method of negative pressure air transportation, the bag filter and the discharged material dust are filtered and recovered by the bag filter, and there is no dust flying in the production process.
