Installation (Hook Hanging )
Feature:
UFO LED high bay, desi gned for industrial lighting. Ad optin g the newest LED lighting technology, lon ger lifespan, lower maintenance cost, high er efficiency. Unique designed optical light distribution can focus th e light to the lighting area, improving the luminaire efficiency, taking th e place of t raditional HID lamps. The wire is made of flame retardant cable which reachin g 90VO grade. Wire in black (AC input wi re), white (AC input wire) and blue( ea rth wire) .
1.In case of fire, ex plosion , el ectronic sh ock , the install, inspect and maintenance must be operated by professi onal people. 2.Please make sure the power off before operation ! Luminaries must be electronic grounding! 3.Please make th e voltage supplied is available for the luminaries! 4.Please make th e luminaries working under the limited working t emperature ! 5. In ord er t o guarantee en ough air convection, luminaries sh ould not be installed in na rrow space !
Hook hanging:
Attention: Lamp must be vertical suspension and the su pporter should can bear at least 3 times w eight of the lamp. Luminaires should not be installed where it is draught, in case of shaking and unstable.
Hook installation steps:
1.Cut off pow er before operation. 2.Kn owing th e inside diameter of the luminaires th en Choose suitable hook for the luminaires. 3.Fix th e hook bef ore installation and make the it can bear over 3 times weight of the lamp 4.Connect the lamp with h ook and make it is safe. 5.Connect the pow er wi re:B rown, “L”, conn ect to LIVE; Blue, “N” ,connect to N EUTRAL; Lime- green, conn ect t o EARTH/GRO UND 6.Light up the luminaires!
Warranty:
1.All products u se constant LED driver, LED chi ps, 5 years warranty. (und er th e condition that products are rightly kept, installed, used , and maintenance . On ce th e products fail because of improper used or installed or break th e products operation manual, we a re n ot respon sible for this situation. W e will repair or replace th e broken product s during the wa rranty. Maintenance manual:
1. Cut off pow er before maintenance 2. Clean the glass of LED street light regular to keep good light t ransmission. 3. Clean the dusk on the su rface and heat sink regular t o k eep good heat dissipation. 4. D o n ot use water or stron g corrosive liquid to clean th e lamp, d ry cloth is better. 5. R eplace LED driver: use screwdriver to open th e cover, fetch out th e driver. Y ou can see three AC wires, Match black wire with “L”, white with “ N”, blue with “G”. The red or white wire on driver is th e positive electrode, black wire is the negative elect rode . Notice, please confirm the positive and n egative electrode has n ot met extrem ely instead

Measu re the h ole si ze on the holder,ch oose suitable screw . 3. Fix th e screw at the place wh ere luminaires will be installed and it sh ould can bear over 3 times the weight of the luminaires 4.S crew u p the screws at both sides of holder, th en connect the h old hole with screws, ti ghten it u p. 5.Connect the pow er wi re: black, “L”,conn ect to LIVE; white, “N” ,connect to N EUTRAL; blue ,connect to EARTH/GRO UND 6.Light up the luminaires !
