AUTOMATIC CANNING LINE

2.Filling valve adopts high-precision mechanical valve,with fastfilling speed &high liquid level accuracy.
3.The seamer and filler are connected with a shaft to ensure thesynchronization of the two machines.

CSD FILLING PART
Suitable for beer, cola ,beverage with gas etc cans packing
NON-CSD FILLING PART
Suitable for juice,coconut milk etc non-csd drinks.
CAN SEALING PART
The double roll seal is formed by the hook edge of the lid and the flanging of the jar, and then the roll seal roller is pressed inward. The flanged edge of the jar is embedded in the sealant of the lid to form the first seal. Forming the first seal correctly is critical to the roll seal, and the shape of the roller also ensures that the roll seal is formed correctly.
The lid hook and can hook material overlap and press together to form a second seal, making the roll seal part smooth and wrinkle-free. Press the first seal to achieve the effect of sealing, and the sealing glue flows to the gap of the roll seal.
